When we are provided information from an Internet Lead Provider, we quote potential customers based on the information gathered through ONLINE FORMS THAT ARE FILLED OUT BY POTENTIAL CONSUMERS who have been shopping for an auto quote. When the information is inaccurate, it is ONLY because the consumer provided inaccurate information. We cannot alter the information that is provided. The Internet Lead Provider then provides this information to insurance carriers (like my agency) based on the information the consumer provides. Such as state and region, months with current carrier, etc.,. We were provided your information because we are in West Texas and the town you live in is one of the areas that Laura Edge State Farm serves. As I stated previously in our email exchange, if you would like to speak with the Internet Lead Provider directly about how they obtained your information, their number is 1-800-820-2981, ext. 2.
